Frederick W. Rustmann, Jr. chairs our Executive Committee.  Mr. Rustmann is a twenty-four year veteran of the CIA's Clandestine Service.  He retired in 1990 as a member of the elite Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) with the equivalent rank of major general.  He was also an instructor at the CIA's legendary covert training facility, "The Farm," and is the author of the book CIA, Inc.:  Espionage and the Craft of Business Intelligence, and numerous other articles.  

Mr. Rustmann is joined by a team of officers including accomplished attorneys, analysts and investigators, each of whom contributes their extensive business intelligence and other professional experience to meet your specific needs.  In addition, CTC employs a full staff of operations officers, legal experts, investigators, analysts and security personnel, both domestically and internationally.
